STUDENT SUPPORT AND WELFARE

We make it a priority to provide you with the support needed to enable you to progress in your study and complete your chose course.  We are committed to our student’s welfare both during and after hours of study.

If you need support during your course, please approach the Student Support Officer, and you will be connected with the best person to assist you.

Our support and welfare include:

  • Training, assessment and support services
  • Keeping students informed
  • Managing complaints and appeals
  • Counselling support
  • Alternative payment plan
  • Employment services referral
  • Assistive technology or equipment

Support may be provided directly by the college staff or through arrangements with a third party.  Support strategies will be developed in consultation with the students, and where any support offered attracts an additional cost to the student, the College will inform the student and seek approval prior to referral.
