International students can receive support with adjusting to study and life in Australia, including information about:
- academic expectations;
- accommodation and transport;
- health and wellbeing services;
- safety and emergency services;
- employment rights;
- cultural adjustment; and
- visa-related study obligations.
Requesting Support
Students are encouraged to request assistance as early as possible. Support requests are treated respectfully and confidentially and will not disadvantage a student’s enrolment or assessment.
Students can speak with their trainer, visit the reception desk, call the College landline, or email the Student Support team at sso@illoura.edu.au.
